Each one of the above were said to be able to bestow unattainable, almost godlike powers if taken too their peak. But which of these arts is the best?
YJ - Able to boost the novice You Tanzhi to almost Great like level in a few short months. Fangzheng using a water downed version became the best fighter amongst the orthodox schools and was even able to resist the Star Sucking Great Skill.
DE - We only ever see this art at level 10, yet it was still able to give GWM more Qi power than a Great. The fabled level 13 could have been 16 times more powerful.
SM - With a copy of the this art DFBB dominated the martial arts world. Some estimates put the original at ten times the power of the copy.
NSD - In theory this art should be able to handle any opponent. So long as the enemy moves they can be countered. Only two known practitioners and both of them gained legendary status.
